Proposed Additions with Possible Hotel Phase of Complex:

Hotel & Community Facilities: A proposed four-five story hotel or condo-hotel is proposed for a future phase of this complex to be located as the center piece of the community. This hotel could facilitate added amenities to the complex for the joint use by the community, hotel guests, and villa owners.

Possible Additional Facilities: A rooftop restaurant, night club/lounge, dive shop, water sports activity center, fitness center, retail shopping and/or conference center facilities are proposed for future development if interest and profitability seems favorable. These additions are not guaranteed, but are being considered for future planning possibilities. Use of these facilities may require an additional club membership or fee arrangement.

Pier-Type Boardwalk: An over-water boardwalk and water sports facility area are also proposed for the beachfront area of the complex to enhance the enjoyment of the Caribbean.

Villa Phase Amenity Plans:

Swimming Pools and Spas: Two large community pools including one infinity pool and one oval lagoon shaped pool are positioned at the center of complex for maximum lounging, wading, or lap swimming experience.

Courtyard Pavilions: Two BBQ grill pits with food preparation areas and covered seating are located in both courtyards for further villa ownership outdoor enjoyment.

Landscaping: Lush tropical landscaping and green grass yards will create the natural allure of the complex with aquatic fountains and natural rock gardens adding to the peaceful tranquility.

Natural Reef Wall: A small natural reef barrier reduces the wave action on the beach and will help to create a lagoon effect for beachfront swimming.

Utilities & Waste Disposal: All utilities, electricity, water, gas, and cable television will be located underground. Potable water cistern systems will be located at the base of each building for self-sufficient water storage and a waste treatment facility will take care of the complexes disposal needs.

Construction: Concrete masonry walls will be built on a solid rock foundation with a cistern system on the lowest floor. Hurricane resistant high-impact windows with bright yellow awnings and blue metallic roofing will add color and protection to the structure.

Interior Design: Select units will have high vaulted ceilings, skylights, loft options, and/or beautifully crafted open wall porch abilities to increase the spacious and open Caribbean feel.

Terraces and Balconies: Balconies will be grand in size with glorious views of courtyard and oceanfront panorama.

Kitchens: Fully equipped and open design kitchens will satisfy your dining needs with top of the line appliances and countertops for luxury appeal and maximum utility.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom will be spacious with a large bathroom attached including a frameless glass shower, spa tub, and luxury countertop design. The guest bedroom(s) will also have the allure of spacious design & comfort. Select units will include an open 3rd bedroom loft room for guest or specialty use.

Laundry/Storage: Each unit has its own laundry room with extras storage space and washer and dryer units for your freshness and comfort.

Communications: Wireless internet, telephone, and cable/satellite TV connections will be available for all your communication needs
