PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND RENTAL INFORMATION

The rental company is responsible for marketing your unit and may do so through the vast partnerships and alliances they have already established with entities such as Expedia.com; Hotels.com; Travelocity.com; Orbitz.com; the Orlando Visitors and Convention Bureau; Visitfla.com and many other companies.

They will provide to you past statistics of occupancy information as well as historical rental rate information. The rental company will also share with you their system in which they set up in order to rotate the rental of the unit based upon entry into the program.

They try to allow all of the participants to have equal revenues. A homeowner would receive their proceeds quarterly along with rental statements. Once again, you the homeowner can choose to participate in any rental program with whichever rental company you so desire

There is 24 hour front desk service in order to provide keys to guests and any other additional information they may need at time of arrival. Housekeeping services are offered to all guests who rent a unit and also additional housekeeping services if one chooses in addition to the established housekeeping program.

An Insider sales event allows purchasers the opportunity to purchase a home at "pre-public", construction and grand opening prices - guaranteed!

WHAT IS A PRIORITY POSITION AND OR PRIORITY CERTIFICATE?

A priority position and/ or Certificate provides authentication and guarantees the potential home purchasers a sequentially issued appointment for the Insider Priority Selection Event. The sooner you secure your priority position, the better your chance of obtaining the perfect home with the best selection, location, pricing and incentives.

WHAT TYPE OF FINANCING PLANS AND PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE TO PROSPECTIVE NEW HOME PURCHASERS...AND IS THERE ANY BENEFIT TO GO WITH ONE LENDER OVER ANOTHER?

HOW DO YOU SECURE A PRIORITY POSITION?

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SECURE MY PRIORITY POSITION AND CERTIFICATE?

After you secure your priority position you will then begin receiving additional information via email, direct mail as well as calls from our sales executives, which which will keep you informed, answer further questions and prepare your for selecting the home that is perfect for you!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE PRIORITY SELECTION EVENT?

You will need to arrive for your appointment no earlier than 30 minutes prior. When your name is called, you will then have 15 exclusive minutes to choose the home site and floorplan that are best for you. Once your selection is made, you will have 45 minutes to complete your contract for purchase.

IS MY PRIORITY POSITION DEPOIST REFUNDABLE?

Yes. The Priority Position deposit is 100% refundable with a completed cancellation form that can be obtained from your Sales Executive.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I STILL WANT TO PURCHASE A HOME, BUT I AM NOT READY TO SIGN THE CONTRACTS AT MY APPOINTMENT?

To maintain the integrity of the Priority Selection Event, we cannot hold a homesite without a signed and binding purchase and sale agreement, earnest money deposit, and verification of mortgage approval status

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE SALES EVENT?
