As a results, Trump Tower Palm Beach will be marketed through a Priority Reservation Selection Program. The priority reservation program requires a refundable reservation of $5,000 and held at Chicago Title. The priority reservation will secure the opportunity to purchase while giving us the time to make sure you and your clients have the information necessary to make a purchase decision at our Launch Event Late Spring 2007. The soooner you secure a reservation, the better your priority selection position should be should you decide to buy.

We are accepting reservations starting January 3rd, 2007. Trump Tower Palm Beach will be formally be announced to the public on January 24th.

HOW TO RESERVE: Fill out a Priority Reservation Selection Form along with a $5,000 fully refundable reservation deposit. The reservation deposit is $5000.00 and it is totally refundable. The reservation and deposit is good for two reservations

The launch is anticipated to be on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May, whereby 20% will be due at contract.

Ground breaking anticipated for Mid-2007 - Completion date is in 2009.
