ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER

Pre-release pricing from $270,000 - $600,000

Studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floor plans will be available in the midst of 5 star amenities. Very important! - the amenities that you will read about will be built first, so that when your unit is available to close, rental income will not be one of your concerns. With Westin Resorts a Five Star Flagship Hotel you can be assured of a good management team taking care of your unit, as well as the occupancy and rental rates being higher in this part of Orlando than anywhere else.

Whisper Campaign

The Village of Imagine is now in its whisper campaign and will be accepting $2,000 reservation deposits for the first releases.

On the first of November, their selection day, the people with reservations can choose the type of units and location that they would like. At that time, you will receive a sales and purchase agreement where you will return that with a total of 10% deposit. Another 10% deposit will be required in the new year, which brings your total deposit monies to a total of 20% to purchase one of these units at the Village of Imagine.
