WorldQuest Resort is an exciting opportunity to own a spacious two or three bedroom condominium in the heart of the vacation capital of the world - Orlando, Florida.

WorldQuest construction for phase I condo's and the community's club house is already under way. Construction on Phase II started in August and should be complete by May of 2006. The entire project should be completed by the end of 2007.

Pre Construction

If you would like to reserve a unit in phase II - please call for current availability. The prices range from $385,000 to $440,000. Once you choose the unit of your choice you will receive a purchase and sales agreement which must be completed within 7 days and returned with a 10% deposit. An additional 10% will be required within 45 days making your total deposit 20%.
