Regarding club memberships at The BriarRose, residents will have the opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities offered at The BriarRose due the fact that club membership is included with the purchase of property within The BriarRose.

Golf Course

A vital part of the Country Club lifestyle is excellent golf. The BriarRose has taken that a step further and offers you a private course that is truly singular. Designed by the brilliant British designer, Roy Case, this signature golf course is divine in its challenges. A full 18 holes with five distinct tees for maximum playability. Our private course here at The BriarRose will be limited to only members and their guests. We invite you to be one of those fortunate few.

• First 9 holes of golf in Phase 1 will be finished by summer, 2006
• Lanny Watkins partnered with Roy Case to design an additional 9 holes for a total of 27 holes on the golf course
• Completion of the short game practice area will occur before our upcoming May release
• Waterfalls around the 18th green will be completed & finished before our upcoming May release
• Shaping of second 9 holes to start at the end of summer, 2006

Club Village

The Club Village is America's traditional "Main Street", made marvelous by the visionaries who have lovingly crafted each rich layer of The BriarRose. In the Club Village lies the community Post Office, The BriarRose Commons with a fresh market, bakery, coffeehouse and old-time general store. In the Baxley House: luxurious dining rooms, cigar lounge and bar, game room, Pro Shop and Club Village Grill. Nearby, the BriarRose Fitness Center and Spa will be conveniently positioned to rejuvenate your body and soul. And for the smallest inhabitants of The BriarRose, the Kid's Klub will feature the Adventure Trail dedicated to encouraging the dreams of the young and young at heart.

Sporting Club

The Sporting Club is an excellent place to embark on excursions. Hone your skills with Sporting Clays then head to the fields for Upland Wing Shooting. Enjoy the beauty of the land with a brisk hike on miles of Hiking Trails, or push off the banks of one of our many fishing and canoeing ponds to explore what the water has to offer.

Gear up for all your passions at the Outfitter’s Post. From the perfect lure to the best in riding gear, your needs are well cared for. After your explorations, come back to the well-appointed Lodge to tell the tale of your day's experience with family and friends.

BriarRose Additions:

The purchase of a 220 acre lake property and 3,000 acres of sporting grounds is nearly complete. Our lake property will be home to a high-end restaurant, marina, and dry dock. The sporting grounds will boast the best international games clay course in the US. Stay tuned.

Equestrian Complex:

• Construction to begin in the late fall, 2006
