Los Alamos in Almeria, Spain

Los Alamos is a development of 14 luxury 2 bedroom duplex town homes which are located on one of Almeria’s finest golf courses, the Valle del Este golf course. The properties are finished to a very high standard and offer great views of the course and share a community pool. 5 of the units have already been sold, so there are currently only 9 remaining.

The actual area (town) is called Vera, but the region is Almeria which is located half way between the more well known areas of Malaga (Costa del Sol) and Alicante (Costa Blanca). It is a less developed region of Spain than the other two regions I have mentioned so retains it’s traditional Spanish charm and is one of the best areas in southern spain for investment potential.

To reserve a property we would require a deposit of $20,000 with the balance of the deposit 25-30% dependant on financing due within 60 days. Rental plans and golf memberships are available for clients that would like them.

Prices start from 235,000 euros + IVA (Spanish tax) which is 7%.
